Return Conditions:

• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage and in its original packaging.
  
• Personalized or promotional products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect.
  

Return process:

1. Please email vinbra2024@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request” and include your order number, description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the product.
   
   
2. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for shipping the returned product.
   
3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.
   
   

Reimbursement:

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
  
• The refund will be made using the same method used by the customer.
