Water (sea, pool or shower)

Perfumes, creams and other chemicals

Excessive sweating and humid environments for long periods

925 Silver bracelets, on the other hand, require extra care. This type of material should never come into contact with water, even small amounts. Exposure to water can cause color changes and significantly reduce the piece's lifespan.

If you want to preserve the beauty of your bracelets, always follow these simple recommendations – the difference will be noticeable over time!

Conditions for Returns:

The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage, and in its original packaging.

Personalized or promotional products are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect.

Return Process:

Send an email to vinbra2024@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request” and include the order number, description of the problem, and, if possible, photographs of the product.

Upon approval, we will provide instructions for shipping the returned product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

Refund:

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

The refund will be made using the same method the customer used.
